English Premier League Club, West Ham United announced on Wednesday that center-back, Angelo Ogbonna is leaving the club after nine years in east London.
The 36-year-old Nigerian-born Italy international made 201 Premier League appearances for West Ham and was part of the team that won the Europa Conference League last year.

During his tenure, the former Juventus player faced several injuries, including a cruciate ligament tear in 2021 that sidelined him for nearly a year.

The Club said in a statement West Ham said in a statement”Even when he wasn’t on the pitch, Ogbonna was always a dedicated supporter of the club’s community efforts,”. “He will always be a beloved member of the West Ham United family.”
