The draw for the eighth edition of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup™ took place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, promising exciting matchups across the four groups.
The 16 teams now know their group-stage opponents and potential pathways in the tournament, with the final set for November 3rd, 2024 in Santo Domingo, the nation’s capital.
Hosts, Dominican Republic are in Group A alongside Ecuador, New Zealand, and Nigeria. Reigning world champions, Spain are in Group B with USA, Korea Republic, and Colombia.
Two teams from Africa, Kenya and Zambia will be appearing in the tournament for the first time in their history after defeating Burundi and Morocco respectively.
